Thank you for choosing The Boho Pitara. Every piece is original, handcrafted artwork, created with care and creativity. Because of the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in colour, finish, texture or pattern are natural and are part of their uniqueness, not defects.

1. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
After 24 hours, or once the order is processed/dispatched (whichever is earlier), no cancellation requests will be accepted.

2. No Returns for Correct & Safely Delivered Orders

Once a product is safely delivered to your address and is the correct item ordered, it is not eligible for return or exchange.
As all products are original, handmade creations, we do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, minor variation in colour/finish, or personal preference.

3. Return Eligibility – Damaged or Wrong Product Only

You are eligible to request a return only if:

You have received a damaged product, or
You have received a wrong product (not matching the order placed).

In such cases, please ensure the following:

The request is raised within 7 days from the date of delivery.
You share the raw, unedited unboxing video clearly showing the condition of the outer package and the product at the time of opening.
The product is unused, in the same condition as received, and returned in its original packaging (including any protective material, inserts, and tags).

Our team will review the evidence and confirm whether your return is approved.

4. Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund request has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed and the amount will be credited to your original mode of payment within 7–10 days.
You will not be charged any additional fee for the refund itself.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after our confirmation:

Please re-check your bank account or payment app.
Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
Contact your bank, as processing times may vary.

6. Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds where applicable.
Sale or discounted items are not refundable.

7. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or wrong products have been delivered.
If you need an exchange for the same item in such cases, please email us at
seemantaparna@thebohopitara.art, and we will guide you through the process.

8. Shipping for Returns

Unless otherwise communicated in writing, the cost of returning the product will be borne by the customer.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the return shipping cost may be deducted from the refund amount where applicable.
For higher-value items, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance. The Boho Pitara is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
